1.In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, syrup and cinnamon and mix well. Let it stand for 10 minutes then stir well, transfer to a serving jar and refrigerate overnight to swell.
2.Top the pudding with yoghurt and fruit then sprinkle with extra chia seeds.
Replace cinnamon with 1-2 tsp cacao powder for a chocolate version.
