Method

1.Combine 2 large peeled, cored, thinly sliced apples, ⅓ cup thinly sliced, seeded prunes and ¼ cup of water in a medium saucepan; bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, until apple and prune are tender. Cool slightly; blend, process or mash apple mixture until the desired consistency is reached. Give your child as much fruit mash as desired.
