Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Arrange peaches, cut-side up, in an ovenproof dish. Combine biscuit crumbs, almond meal and cocoa in a bowl. Spoon liberally into each peach cavity.
2.Drizzle marsala over peaches and dot with butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve peaches warm with mascarpone.
