Aero self-saucing puddings

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease 4 x 1-cup, ovenproof dishes.
2.Into a large bowl, sift combined flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir in sugar. Add milk, butter and eggs, stirring until smooth. Mix in Aero Bubbles chocolate.
3.Divide mixture evenly among dishes. Arrange on an oven tray. Bake straight away, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with ice-cream.

Chocolate Sauce

4.Sprinkle combined sugar and cocoa evenly over puddings. Pour 3/4 cup boiling water carefully into each dish.

Areo Buddles can be replaced with Malters or a chopped chocolate bar of your choice.
