1.Press grated ginger through a sieve to extract juice. Combine with flesh and juice of lemons, limes and caster sugar.
2.Place on low heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, then cool.
3.Strain into a large punch bowl. Purée watermelon flesh in a blender. Pour into bowl with ice, orange slices and mint sprigs.
