Salted caramel white chocolate drink

A perfect hot drink option for those who love a sweet and salty combo



1.Sprinkle caster sugar and salt flakes over the base of a medium heavy-based saucepan. Place pan over low-medium heat. Cook, without stirring, until sugar liquefies and forms a golden caramel. Immediately add butter and cream, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and reserve ¼ cup mixture.
2.Add milk to pan and stir until remaining caramel melts. Add white chocolate, chopped, stirring until melted. Stir in almond butter. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a jug. Pour into two large mugs.
3.Top each mug with a handful of caramel popcorn, then drizzle with reserved caramel.
