Ingredients

Method

1.Press grated ginger through a fine sieve to extract as much juice as possible. Place in a saucepan with citrus juices and sugar. Heat on low, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Cool and strain into a large jug or punch bowl.
2.Using a food processor or blender, puree watermelon in batches. Pour into jug with syrup. Stir to combine. Add ice cubes and serve topped with mint sprigs and orange slices.
