Artichokes with lemon caper dressing

Method

1.Trim artichoke stalks to 1cm (½ inch); remove tough outer leaves. Cut 2.5cm (1 inch) off the top of artichokes. Using small spoon, scoop out furry chokes in centre of artichokes.
2.Place artichokes, cut-side down, in steamer. Steam artichokes, covered tightly, about 45 minutes or until stems are tender; cut artichokes in half. Place hot artichokes on serving plates; drizzle with combined remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
