Ingredients
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Roll pork over to coat. Heat a large oiled frying pan on high. Brown pork for 3-4 minutes on all sides. Transfer to tray.
3.Bake for 15 minutes until just cooked through. Loosely cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Slice thickly.
4.Place noodles in a heat-proof bowl and pour boiling water over to cover. Set aside for 5 minutes, then drain.
5.In an oiled wok, stir-fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce and noodles, then stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
6.Serve pork on a bed of noodles, drizzled with extra sauce. Sprinkle with sliced red chilli, if desired.
Note
- For added flavour, try sprinkling pork with a little five-spice powder.
