Method
1.Lightly grease two 8 x 26cm bar cake pans. Line base and sides with baking paper, allowing paper to extend 2cm above the edges.
2.In a large bowl, combine Turkish delight, marshmallows, nuts, fruit and coconut.
3.Pour white chocolate over and stir to coat. Divide mixture evenly between pans and press down well. Chill until firm.
4.Drizzle with milk chocolate. Allow to set. Cut into pieces.
Use milk or dark chocolate for filling if preferred. You can also make this rocky road in a 22cm square cake pan.
