Wellington Wine, Food and Craft Beer Festival
If you were to judge New Zealand by the number of foodie festivals that are crammed into a year, then Wellington might stake a claim as the party capital as well as the political one. This late-summer shin dig is all about teaming up local craft beer, wine and food and enjoying it to the tunes of RnB from the likes of The Fades, or some alt-country from Miles Calder & The Rumours.
There’s food from newbies Boquita, as well as Crab Shack, Hillside Kitchen, St Johns + Arborist, and Mexico. Wines come from Gladstone Vineyard, Whitehaven Wines, Blackboard Beverages and Tiki Wines with crafty beers by Good George, Duncan’s Brewing and Funk Estate along with a bit of Crooked Cider. March 10th-11th
