Kirsten Robinson
Baking and lifestyle blog High Tea with Dragons is the brainchild of creative lady Kirsten Robinson. She creates recipes for delicious sweet treats as well as craft and DIY ideas for New Zealander’s homes. For Kirsten, there’s nothing better than a night hanging out with girlfriends – especially a night taste testing the new Tim Tam mocktail flavours. Inspired by the Strawberry Champagne flavour, Kirsten created a rich Strawberry Champagne Tim Tam base topped with a creamy layer of condensed milk that’s been spiked with just a dash of bubbles, finished with a layer of fresh strawberry jelly and dotted with freeze dried strawberries. While this slice may look a little complicated it’s one of the simplest things you’ll ever make – if you can mix up a packet of jelly, you’re a third of the way there!

Belinda Nash
As the curator of well-known New Zealand blog nzgirl, Belinda is an expert in all things that girls love, especially how to host a great girls night in.
While she’d usually leave the baking up to someone else, she welcomed the chance to try something new and have some time to herself! Despite being a kitchen novice Belinda nailed her cheesecake and found the experience surprisingly therapeutic. Although baking can sometimes look daunting, this recipe is easy to follow and super indulgent; you’ll still have heaps of time to get ready and cool the champagne.
