If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can still make ice cream with this cheat’s recipe!
Ingredients
600ml thickened cream
395ml can condensed milk
1 cup frozen crushed raspberries
50g grated white chocolate
Instructions
Mix cream and condensed milk together in a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer. This should take 6-8 minutes.
Fold through raspberries and chocolate.
Pour mixture into a 6-cup loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.
Cover with overhanging wrap. Freeze for four hours or overnight until completely firm.
