1.Blend or process beans, yoghurt, juice and garlic until smooth.
2.Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve with vegetable sticks and bread.
makes 1 cup DIPPERS: Make some dippers by cutting pieces of celery, carrot, capsicum and cheese. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Any canned white bean can be substituted for butter beans.
Note
