Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a 12-hole muffin pan.
2.Using a 10cm cutter, cut 4 rounds from each pastry sheet. Ease rounds into prepared pan. Prick bases with a fork.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool in pan.
4.Cut plums into quarters, discarding stones. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
5.Pour syrup into a medium saucepan. Bring to boil on high. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool.
6.In a bowl, combine custard and paste. Fold cream through.
7.Spoon mixture into cooled pastry cases. Top with plums and drizzle with syrup.
