Ingredients

Tim Tam espresso martini freak shake
  • 150 millilitre cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 clove store-bought chocolate sauce
  • 7 Tim Tam Espresso Martini biscuits
  • 375 millilitre cold milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate-coated coffee beans, to garnish

Method

    Mix the cream, coffee and sugar in a bowl then whip until stiff peaks form.

    Using the back of a spoon, smear some of the chocolate sauce around the inside of a tall milkshake glass.

    Place Tim Tam Espresso Martini biscuits into a blender or NutriBullet with the milk and blitz.

    Place ice cream into the glass, fill with milkshake and top with a big swirl of coffee cream. Drizzle over remaining chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of chocolate-coated coffee beans.
