Method

1.Place beef in a shallow glass dish. Whisk oil, sauces, juice. garlic and ginger in a medium jug. Pour half dressing over beef. Add chilli to remaining dressing: set aside. Turn beef to coat. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 15 minutes to marinate.
2.Meanwhile, combine cucumber, tomato, capsicum, onion, mint, coriander and lettuce in a large bowl.
3.Preheat a char-grill or barbecue on high. Drain beef; grill for 8 minutes each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate; cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes; slice thinly. Add beef to salad in bowl; drizzle with chilli dressing. Toss to combine. Serve at once with lime wedges.
