Sticky teriyaki marinade

Method

1.Make the sticky teriyaki marinade (see below).
2.Place chicken in a zip-lock bag, pour over the marinade and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 220°C.
3.Line a roasting pan with non-stick baking paper. Arrange the drumsticks in the pan and pour over all the remaining marinade.
4.Turn the drumsticks frequently until cooked through and well glazed. Serve warm or cold.

5.Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.

You can use a mixture of drumsticks and wings. Try the marinade on chicken kebabs. If the drumsticks release a lot of moisture you may need to increase the heat of the oven to allow the marinade to caramelise.
