ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, the South East Asian Sauce that gives many dishes not only depth of flavour but authenticity.

1.In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and kecap manis. Stir over medium heat, until smooth. Remove from heat and gradually pour in water, stirring until combined. Transfer to a serving bowl.
2.Arrange vegetables, eggs and beansprouts on a serving platter with sauce. Accompany with rice.
  • If liked, add some pan-fried chicken tenderloins marinated with ABC sweet soy sauce. – We used potatoes, carrots, beans and snow peas. Cook vegetables in a steamer basket – potatoes cut into 1cm slices take about 20 minutes to steam, sliced carrots take 4-6 minutes and beans 1-2 minutes, depending on how tender you like them. You can also use your microwave oven to the cook the vegetables, or simply reheat any leftover vegetables in the microwave.
