Spicy stir-fried NZ Pork mince with greens

This quick and easy spicy NZ Pork stir-fry recipe makes the perfect midweek meal. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a healthy, flavourful dinner the whole family will love

  • 3 clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon each: fish sauce, lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon rice bran oil
  • 600 gram NZ Pork mince
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 150 gram green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 small head broccolini, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, lightly roasted

    Combine garlic, brown sugar, chilli, fish sauce and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Heat oil in a wok or frypan and brown NZ Pork mince over a medium-high heat. Reduce heat, add the onion and cook, stirring regularly for about 5 minutes.

    Add greens to pan and toss to combine, cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Remove pan from heat and pour over the lime and chilli sauce. Scatter with peanuts and toss to combine.

    Serve on its own or with steamed rice or noodles.
