45 millilitre Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

90 millilitre milk

3 dashes angostura bitters

chocolate powder, add to suit

chilled cream, to serve

chocolate sauce, to garnish (optional)

Method

1.Place rum, milk, bitters and chocolate powder in a pot and heat on the stove. When warm, tip into a glass and top with cold cream. Dust with chocolate powder and a squirt of chocolate sauce, if desired.
