Method

1.Season the rump steak well with pepper. Add steak to a heated greased frypan, brown on both sides and cook as desired. Remove from pan and stand, covered.
2.Roughly break up the noodle cakes, add to a saucepan of boiling water with contents of flavour sachets, cook for 2 minutes, then drain.
3.Transfer noodles to a large bowl, cool. Add thinly sliced rump steak, semi-dried tomatoes and basil leaves. Stir in combined pesto and juice and toss gently to combine. Serve warm or chilled.
