Ingredients
- 1 nectarine, sliced
- 6 sprigs of thyme
- kombucha
- champagne
Method
- 1Place a slice of nectarine in each glass.
- 2Add a thyme sprig.
- 3Quarter-fill with your favourite kombucha (we used a plum one but berry, green apple or ginger would all work well).
- 4Top up with Champagne.

This recipe can be made for any number of guests, simply adjust the measuring of ingredients to suit your needs.
