Method

1.Spread 1 tablespoon miso paste on skinless side of each salmon fillet. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds, pressing firmly. Set aside.
2.To make dressing, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice, in a small jug. Set aside.
3.Meanwhile, cook soba noodles in a medium saucepan, following packet instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
4.In a large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas and chives. Drizzle dressing over noodles, tossing well.
5.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook salmon, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Reduce heat to low. Turn fish and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, until cooked to taste.
6.Divide noodles between serving bowls. Top with salmon to serve.
