Mini meatlovers pizza
- 4 english muffins, split
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pizza cheese
- 100 gram diced bacon
- 75 gram button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stick (100g) pepperoni sausage, thickly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Method
Mini meatlovers pizza
- 1Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease two baking trays. Place muffins cut sides up. on prepared trays.
- 2Combine tomato paste and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Spread sauce evenly over muffins. Sprinkle with half the cheese, then top with bacon. mushroom. pepperoni. onion and remaining cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bases are crisp. Serve.
Notes
Pepperoni sausage is in the deli section; if unavailable, replace with cabanossi. And you can use 4 small round pizza bases instead of English muffins.
