Method
1.Using an electric mixer, beat beef and pork mince, onion and breadcrumbs for 1 minute, until combined. Gradually add soda water, beating constantly for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Add egg. Season well and beat until combined.
2.Using wet hands, shape teaspoonfuls of mince mixture into balls. Chill for 10 minutes.
3.Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan on medium until butter is foaming. Cook meatballs, shaking pan occasionally, for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm or at room temperature with cranberry sauce.
