Mango, passionfruit and coconut lassi

Ingredients
- 1 small mango, approximately 1 heaped cup or around 180g
- 1 small banana
- 1 passion fruit, pulp and seeds
- 1 cup Yoplait Coconut Protein Plus Yoghurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut water – use more or less as desired
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- 1In a blender or processor place mango, banana and passion fruit and pulse to a puree.
- 2Add the Yoplait Coconut Protein Plus Yoghurt and blend until smooth.
- 3Add the almond milk or coconut water, blend and adjust, adding a dash more liquid if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- 4Add the ice and continue blending until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
You can omit the banana if you prefer.
