Mango, passionfruit and coconut lassi

This mango passionfruit and coconut lassi is a delicious addition to a breakfast spread or afternoon snack. Whip it up in just five minutes and enjoy the unbeatable burst of tropical sweetness.

  • 1 small mango, approximately 1 heaped cup or around 180g
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp and seeds
  • 1 cup Yoplait Coconut Protein Plus Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut water – use more or less as desired
  • 1 cup ice cubes

    In a blender or processor place mango, banana and passion fruit and pulse to a puree.

    Add the Yoplait Coconut Protein Plus Yoghurt and blend until smooth.

    Add the almond milk or coconut water, blend and adjust, adding a dash more liquid if needed to achieve your desired consistency.

    Add the ice and continue blending until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve immediately.


You can omit the banana if you prefer.
