Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Cook kumara and onion on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and tender.
3.Place bread on oven tray; spread with sauce. Layer with vegetables and sprinkle with rosemary, then cheese. Bake for 8 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese has melted. Serve topped with rocket.

Pita bread makes an ideal thin and crispy pizza base when you’re short on time and can’t make your own.
