Ingredients
Herb and chilli butter
- 250 gram softened butter
- 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 1 grated zest lemon
- 1 seeded, finely chopped birdseye chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
Herb and chilli butter
- 1In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2Spoon butter onto baking paper and roll into a thick log (or two smaller logs), twisting ends to seal. Chill until required.
