Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.Place pizza bases on 2 pizza or baking trays. Spread each with sauce. Top each evenly with pineapple, ham and capsicum, then sprinkle with cheese.
3.Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cut into wedges and serve with salad, if desired.
If preferred, use green capsicum and top the cooked pizza with chopped parsley or rocket leaves.
