Ingredients

Greek feta salad
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 medium tomatoes (450g), cut into wedges
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers (260g), coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red onion (100g), thinly sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum (150g), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) seeded black olives
  • 200 gram feta cheese, coarsely chopped
