Flower power raspberry ice blocks

A healthy treat perfect for cooling down kids (or adults!) on hot days, these flower power raspberry ice blocks are just as tasty as they sound. Whip them up in just 10 minutes, then freeze until solid.

Ingredients

Method

1.Place a few fresh raspberries, flower heads and petals into ice-block moulds.
2.Whizz the frozen raspberries and honey until smooth. Add the pink juice and blend well.
3.Pour mixture into the ice-block moulds, insert a popsicle stick into each and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
