Method
1.Place 3 cups of boiling water and beans in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high (100%) for 3 minutes. Add noodles and flavour and oil sachets from packet; cook on high (100%) for 2 minutes.
2.Add chicken, coconut milk and spinach; stir until spinach wilts.
3.Pour laksa into serving bowls; top with bean sprouts and coriander. Serve laksa with lime wedges.
