Easy char siu NZ Pork and broccoli noodle stir-fry

All you need is 20 minutes to whip up this easy NZ Pork stir-fry recipe for dinner! With broccoli, bok choy and sugar snap peas, this dish is a delicious way to eat your greens. Serve with noodles for a tasty family meal

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 350 gram NZ Pork fillet steak, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/3 cup char siu sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
  • 100 gram sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 450 gram packet hokkien noodles
  • 2 teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted

Method

    In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry NZ Pork for 2-3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl.

    Add remaining oil to wok and heat on high. Stir-fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes until just tender.

    Mix in combined sauces, bok choy and sugar snaps. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until tender crisp.

    Soak noodles following the packet instructions. Drain well. Return noodles to wok with pork.

    Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until combined and heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
