Classic hoki burger
This fish burger recipe is sure to become a Friday night favourite! Crumbed Sealord hoki fillets, tangy tartare and oozy melted brie make this burger a dinner classic

Ingredients
- 4 Sealord Potato Crumb Hoki Fillets
- 4 burger buns, halved
- 100 gram brie, sliced
- 1/2 cup salad greens
- 4 gherkins, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tartare sauce
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 200˚C (190˚C fanbake). Place Sealord fish fillets on a lined baking tray and cook according to packet instructions.
- 2Split the burger buns, add brie slices to one half and warm buns in the oven.
- 3Top with a fish fillet, salad greens, sliced gherkin and a dollop of tartare and season with salt and pepper.
