Chocolatey bbq bananas
Stuff these bananas with chocolate and bake them in the oven or the bbq until they have turned into melted chocolatey banana goodness. They come in their own packaging and even count as one of your five-a-day!

- 4 unpeeled bananas
- 155 gram (5 ounces) dark (semi-sweet) eating chocolate coarsely
- 2 tablespoon rum into slits
Method
Chocolatey bbq bananas
- 1Cut 12cm (4¾ inch) long slit in 4 unpeeled bananas; place bananas on pieces of foil.
- 2Chop 155g (5 ounces) dark (semi-sweet) eating chocolate coarsely; divide among slits.
- 3Drizzle 2 tablespoons rum into slits; wrap bananas in foil. Cook on heated barbecue (or grill or grill plate) about 30 minutes or until skins blacken. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
