Chocolate and fruit crackles

Ingredients

Chocolate and sultana crackles
  • 2 cup (80g) cornflakes
  • 1 cup (20g) puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup (80g) sultanas
  • 1/3 cup (35g) hazelnut meal
  • 2 slice sunflower seeds
  • 250 gram milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 teaspoon hundreds and thousands

Method

    Line two 12-hole (40ml) flat-based patty pans with paper cases.

    Combine cornflakes, puffed rice, sultanas, hazelnut meal and seeds in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate.

    Divide mixture among paper cases and press down gently. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
