Chocolate and sultana crackles
- 2 cup (80g) cornflakes
- 1 cup (20g) puffed rice
- 1/2 cup (80g) sultanas
- 1/3 cup (35g) hazelnut meal
- 2 slice sunflower seeds
- 250 gram milk chocolate, melted
- 2 teaspoon hundreds and thousands
Method
Chocolate and sultana crackles
- 1Line two 12-hole (40ml) flat-based patty pans with paper cases.
- 2Combine cornflakes, puffed rice, sultanas, hazelnut meal and seeds in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate.
- 3Divide mixture among paper cases and press down gently. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
