Chia pudding pots

These superfood breakfast pots are the best way to give yourself a hit of nutrients in the morning. Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and all your favourite fruit for a brekkie that is as delicious as it is healthy.

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds, plus extra to garnish
  • 1 cup almond, cashew or soy milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • Seasonal (or defrosted) fruit, to serve

    In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, syrup and cinnamon and mix well. Let it stand for 10 minutes then stir well, transfer to a serving jar and refrigerate overnight to swell.

    Top the pudding with yoghurt and fruit then sprinkle with extra chia seeds.


Replace cinnamon with 1-2 tsp cacao powder for a chocolate version.
