Brie and salmon stuffed potatoes
- 4 potatoes
- 4 artichokes quartered
- 200 gram sliced brie
- 2 smoked salmon slices cut in half
- cranberry sauce
Method
Brie and salmon
- 1Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan forced).
- 2Cut a cross halfway through each potato. Place on a foil-lined oven tray.
- 3Fill evenly with artichokes and brie.
- 4Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts. Top each with 2 slices of smoked salmon and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
