Method
1.Divide baked beans between 4 small ovenproof dishes, sprinkle over spring onions and tasty cheese.
2.Crack an egg into the centre of each dish and finish with a sprinkle of extra cheese, parsley and seasoning.
3.Bake at 185ºC for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set and cooked to your liking.
