Artichoke pizza

Even with minimal toppings, the incredible flavours of juicy artichokes and caramelised onions make this pizza a divine dish for any dinner party.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Adjust oven rack to the hottest position.
2.Place pizza base on an oven tray or pizza tray. Scatter artichokes and onion relish evenly over the top.
3.Bake 10-12 minutes, until base is crisp and cheese is golden. Use a pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Serve with a salad of rocket and parmesan, if desired.

Tip: If you can’t find a pizza base which comes with sauce and cheese, simply add these yourself.
