Air fryer NZ Pork chops with Brussels sprouts

An air fryer isn't only for meat, vegetables can also be cooked to perfection in the little oven

  • 1 250 gram bone-in centre-cut NZ Pork chop
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teasponn Dijon mustard
  • 170 grams Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • Cooking spray

    Preheat an air fryer to 200°C.

    Lightly coat NZ Pork chop with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and half of the pepper. Whisk together oil, maple syrup, mustard, and the remaining pepper in a bowl. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

    Put pork on 1 side of fryer basket and Brussels sprouts on the other. Cook for 10 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
