Air-fried crumbed chicken tenderloins
An air fryer makes cooking chicken super quick and easy and these crumbed tenderloins are no exception

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
- 8 chicken tenderloins or sliced chicken breast
Method
- 1Preheat an air fryer to 180°C.
- 2Whisk egg in a small bowl. In another bowl, stir together breadcrumbs and oil until loose and crumbly. Dip chicken into egg, shaking off any excess. Dredge in breadcrumb mixture to coat completely.
- 3Working in batches, transfer chicken to fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes or until done.
