After-school jelly tops

These deliciously simple jelly tops are the perfect after-school treat. Plus, you can whip up this recipe using just a handful of ingredients

  • 185 gram butter, melted
  • 250 gram round wine biscuits, coarsely crushed
  • 5 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 395 gram can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 millilitre Ocean Spray® Low Sugar Cranberry fruit drink

    Grease and line a 20cm square pan with baking paper.

    Mix together the melted butter and biscuits in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, dissolve 2 teaspoons of the gelatin in the boiling water and set aside to cool slightly.

    Place the condensed milk, lemon juice and reserved gelatin mix in a medium bowl and beat until well combined. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

    Combine the cranberry fruit drink with the remaining gelatin. Stir well to combine, pour over the chilled base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares using a warm knife.
