Ingredients: 1/2 x(453g) tub dark chocolate frosting; 3 x(460g) packets muffins; 24 each green and purple soft square or diamond jubes, cut in half crossways; 30 spearmint leaves; 12 green oval jubes; 24 blue mini m&m's

Method

1.Spread frosting over cake tops.

2.Using picture as a guide, decorate cake tops with the jubes to make a tortoise shell pattern. Position mint leaves for legs and tail, and oval jubes for head. Secure two M&M’s to each head for eyes with a little frosting.

Packaged cupcakes usually come iced, however, you can ice over the top with the frosting or remove the icing. Place the muffins in matching paper cases, if you like.
