Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan forced). Lightly grease and line a 20cm round cake pan.
2.Make cake one following packet instructions. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top.
3.Bake for 35-40 minutes, until cooked when tested. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
4.Cut cake in half through the centre and place on board with cut edges facing out, slanting in slightly (follow picture for shape).
5.Tint icing pale pink. Spread icing over top and sides of each wing.
6.DECORATIONS: Place smarties and hearts along outside edges of wings. Place pink dolly mixture along middle. Cut sour lassos and arrange on wings to form uneven ridges. Cover with sprinkles. Arrange flowers in corners of wings and on board. Decorate board with tiara and wand.
