Method
1.Melt chocolate in a microwave, safe bowl on medium ( 50%) power in 30-second bursts. stirring until melted and smooth.
2.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using a fork, skewer each banana piece and dip edges into chocolate to coat. Allow excess to drip off and roll gently in nuts.
3.Push off fork onto tray. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
Use dark, milk or white chocolate according to taste. Try other fruit, such as strawberries and pineapple.
Note
