Method
1.Combine chopped tomatoes and spring onions with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, then drain. well and discard the lemon juice
2.Combine tomatoes and spring onions with the sour cream. Stir in tomato paste, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3.Refrigerate to chill thoroughly before serving. Serve with vegetable dippers, bread or crackers.
