Method
1.Crush 2 or 3 strawberries in a bowl with white wine vinegar and salt. Whisk until salt has dissolved. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly, until dressing thickens slightly. Season to taste.
2.Pour dressing over papaya wedges. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3.Arrange salad leaves in a bowl. Remove papaya from dressing and add to leaves. Scatter with pine nuts and remaining strawberries. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
