Method
1.Cut wing tips from chicken; cut wings in half at joint.
2.In a large bowl, combine chicken with garlic and ginger. Heat oil in wok; stir-fry chicken mixture, in batches, until chicken is lightly browned.
3.Return chicken mixture to wok. Add sauces and honey; stir-fry until well coated. Cover wok; cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with onion. Serve with steamed jasmine rice, if liked.
